1. Alliedly and these terms
Alliedly is operated by 1001317755 Ontario Inc., an Ontario corporation, under the registered Ontario business name Alliedly (BIN 1001778492). Alliedly, available at alliedly.ca, provides educational-resource discovery, community-reported compensation information and published wage schedules. These Terms govern your use of the platform. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is handled. If you create an account, you may acknowledge these Terms during registration; if your account requires email confirmation, you will be asked after your first sign-in. A current acknowledgement recorded by Alliedly is required before you can submit credential or salary information.
Limited beta. Alliedly is currently offered as a limited beta service. Participation is voluntary. During this period, certain features may be unavailable, modified, suspended or withdrawn as reasonably necessary for testing, accuracy, reliability, security and service improvement. Community salary statistics may remain unavailable until Alliedly activates them.
2. What Alliedly provides
Alliedly provides professional information, publicly available wage references, educational resource discovery and, where enabled, aggregated salary insights.
Learning resources. Alliedly links to courses, videos and resources offered by independent providers. Educational resources do not constitute professional accreditation by Alliedly. A “Verified CPD” label means Alliedly reviewed published information about credit, not that Alliedly accredits the course or guarantees acceptance by your regulator or credentialing body. Confirm continuing education eligibility, professional requirements, dates, availability, pricing and credit with the provider and the appropriate professional organizations.
Community-reported pay. Contributors supply their own compensation data. We review professional credentials before including contributions in verified reporting, but we do not independently confirm every wage amount, employment condition or employer statement. Community-contributed salary statistics are published only when applicable verification, privacy and minimum-contributor requirements are satisfied and the platform's publishing feature has been activated. When published, pay is shown only as rounded aggregates for groups of at least 5 verified contributors; smaller employer groups are not shown. Aggregates can still create some risk of inference.
Self-reported community statistics. Where activated, Community Salary Insights combine voluntary, self-reported submissions from email-confirmed members who consented to this programme and whose submissions an administrator has approved. Approval of a submission is not professional identity or credential verification. Community salary statistics are not independently verified and may be incomplete, unrepresentative or inaccurate. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for employment, negotiation or financial decisions.
Published wage grids. Official-source wage tables and Alliedly calculations from published awards are identified separately from community submissions. A published or calculated rate is not a promise of what any hospital, clinic or employer will pay you. Your actual classification, seniority placement, premiums and eligibility depend on the applicable employer and agreement. Check the linked source before making employment decisions.
Salary figures are informational estimates and do not guarantee compensation, employment conditions or job availability. Alliedly is not an employer, regulator, professional licensing authority, law firm or provider of individualized employment, financial, medical or legal advice.
3. Accounts and credentials
Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not use another person's credential information or misrepresent your professional status. Alliedly may request corrections, decline verification, restrict access or close an account when reasonably necessary to address inaccuracies, security concerns or misuse, subject to applicable law.
Credential ownership verification. Credential verification may involve professional registry checks and additional steps to confirm that the account holder controls the claimed professional identity. These procedures may include single-use verification codes sent to independently verified professional contact addresses or live verification procedures. Verification is subject to periodic review and may expire, be suspended or be revoked if required evidence becomes unavailable, outdated or inconsistent.
Credential verification reflects the information and sources available to Alliedly at the time of review. Alliedly verification does not constitute a professional licence, regulatory endorsement or guarantee of current authorization to practise, and is not a substitute for regulatory registration.
4. Pay submissions and consent
Provide accurate information that you are lawfully entitled to share. Submissions must not contain patient-identifying information, confidential medical records, employer trade secrets, another person's personal information, or information whose disclosure violates applicable privacy legislation, enforceable confidentiality obligations or other laws. Do not submit knowingly false information. Before submission, Alliedly explains which data may become public and asks you to acknowledge the small-employer re-identification risk.
By submitting compensation information, you grant Alliedly a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and use that information for the salary benchmarking, statistical, security and related purposes disclosed at collection and in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable privacy law and the platform's deletion and retention practices. Submitting does not transfer ownership of any rights you may have in original content, and it does not give Alliedly a right to publish your name or professional credential details alongside pay reports.
5. Responsible use
Do not attempt to access accounts or data without authorization; interfere with the service; submit malware; impersonate someone; collect or disclose another user's private information; or use employer-level reports to harass, threaten or seek to identify individual contributors. Do not copy or republish provider-created learning material in violation of their rights. Use public wage information responsibly and verify facts before reliance.
6. External websites
Alliedly links to third-party websites and learning providers. Their content, prices, credit eligibility, terms and privacy practices are outside Alliedly's control. Links are supplied to help users locate original sources and do not imply endorsement.
7. Access, changes and availability
We may correct inaccurate listings, update wage schedules, change or discontinue features, or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or reliable operation. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent availability of individual resources.
8. Account closure and retained information
When an account is deleted, Alliedly removes the associated account and credential information through its account-deletion process. Historical salary contributions may remain in pseudonymous, unverified form and are excluded from verified public compensation calculations. Certain administrative, security and legal records may also be retained where reasonably necessary for disclosed purposes or legal requirements. Pseudonymous records are not necessarily anonymous. Retention, deletion requests and backup handling are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Accuracy, warranties and limitation of liability
Alliedly works to identify the source and status of published information, but compensation reports, wage schedules, classifications and CPD offerings may contain errors or become outdated. You should verify important information with employers, unions, course providers or regulators as appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alliedly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or the completeness, accuracy or suitability of user-submitted information, salary estimates or third-party resources.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1001317755 Ontario Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost income or lost business opportunities. Subject to applicable law and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited, the company's aggregate liability is limited to CAD $100 or the amount paid by the claimant to Alliedly during the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, or removes Alliedly's obligations under applicable privacy laws.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer or privacy protections that apply where you live. Please contact us first so that we can review and attempt to resolve an issue. You retain the ability to make complaints to applicable regulatory authorities.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. We will show the revised effective date and provide additional notice or request renewed agreement where required. Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@alliedly.ca. Other questions relating to these Terms or the service can be sent to support@alliedly.ca.
